3rd Generation Funeral Director. Graduate of Abington Heights High School, Associates Degree from Keystone College, graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Nationally Certified Funeral Director.
Member of the Lackawanna Funeral Directors Association, the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, and the National Funeral Directors Association. Member of the Abington Business and Professional Association, having served as a past president and past board member.
He has served on the board of the Scranton Chapter of the American Red Cross and also on the Clarks Summit Municipal Authority, as treasurer. Active in community activities he has volunteered his services for fund drives for Keystone College, United Way of Lackawanna County, he also served as co-chair of the 75th Anniversary Committee of the Borough of Clarks Summit. He is also a member of the Abington Senior Center Advisory Board, a past president of the South Abington Lions Club.
A Life member of the Clarks Summit Fire Company, having served as Chaplain, secretary to the First Aid and Rescue Squad, served on the board of trustees and was co chairman of the building Committee for the Fire Station that was completed in 2004.
A member of Abington Memorial Post # 7069 Veterans of Foreign Wars. he currently serves on the board of the Abington Community Senior Center, and the executive board of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick and formerly served on the Advisory Board for Healthy Youth – Healthy Community.
An active member of Our Lady of Snow’s RC Church, Clarks Summit, a commissioned special minister of the Eucharist, a member of the Men’s Club and a past president, co-chaired the campaign for funds to Build Church of St. Benedict, Newton township, also volunteered during church functions and its annual Parish Country Bazaar.

Graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and College. 2 Bachelors Degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from Villanova University. Began his career at KPMG, LLP in the audit practice. Chris Jr. Completed his funeral service education with Simmons-Institute of Funeral Service and Residency with Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home in Aston. He is now the Supervisor and Managing Director at Jennings-Calvey.
President of the Rotary Club of the Abingtons, Free and Accepted Mason Fritz Lodge 308, Former Finance Counsel Member and Parishioner at Our Lady of the Snows Parish, Eagle Scout of America of Troop 160 Clarks Summit, Fellow in the Order of Anthony Wayne. Member of the Young Friends of the Academy of Music in Philadelphia which supports the restoration and support of the academy. Former Rescue Diver/Water Rescue Specialist with Spring Mill Fire Company No. 1, Station 45. Current District Governor of District 5 in the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association.

Aspen is an AKC registered German Shepherd and is a certified therapy dog and certified canine good citizen. Aspen welcomes you with a big bark before bringing you one of his many toys and asking for a good butt scratch.
Aurora is settling into her new role at the funeral home and taking notes from Aspen.
