Shirley White Kveragas, 59, of Kingston, formerly of Clarks Summit, died Sunday.
Born Oct. 28, 1953, in Scranton, she was the daughter of Audrey Dunlop White, Clarks Summit, and the late James White. Shirley was a graduate of Abington Heights High School and received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Wilkes University. She was employed by the Scranton Counseling Center as a caseworker.
She was a true homemaker and enjoyed cooking and sewing. She also enjoyed antiquing and was a faithful member of Clarks Summit United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Aaron Kveragas and wife, Catherine, Dover; and Adam Kveragas, Ashley; and a grandson, Kaleb Kveragas, Dover.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Robert White and William Scott White.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit, by the Rev. Brent Stouffer, pastor, Clarks Green United Methodist Church.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 until service time.
