Rosemary T. Moffat

Rosemary T. Moffat ,77, of Peckville, formerly of Clarks Summit, died Friday at Mid-Valley Health Care Center.

Born April 3, 1945 in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Helen (Coolican) Moffat. She was a 1963 graduate of Abington Heights High School. She had worked for Mutual Benefit Insurance Company and Hartford Insurance Company, both of New Jersey and the late Verizon Telephone Company, Scranton.

Surviving are a sister, Marguerite Moffat, Peckville; and brother-in-law, Alex Mielnikowski, Clarks Summit.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Mielnikowski.

A commcommittalital service and interment will take place at Dunmore Cemetery, Dunmore, at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions maybe made to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
