Mildred O'Hara, 94, of Clarks Summit, died Monday in Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient Facility, Dunmore. She was the widow of the late Carl W. O'Hara; the couple was married over 50 years.Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Winfield and Nellie McCormick Rodney. She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School and was formerly employed by Haddon Craftsmen. She was a member of Clarks Green United Methodist Church. The family of Mildred extends its gratitude for the excellent care given to their mother by the staff of Hospice of the Sacred Heart.Surviving are a son, Carl W. O'Hara, D.C., and wife, Maureen, South Abington Twp.; two daughters, Patricia Moss and husband, Mayor Keith Moss, Duryea; and Virginia "Ginger" O'Hara-Davis, Apopka, Fla.; grandchildren, Robert Tunney Jr., Jerry Tunney, Erin Lowe, Patty Baresse, Jeff Davis, Pamela Michael, Gordon Davis and Ian and Shane O'Hara; 15 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Margaret Watson, Helen Jones, Marion DePew and Roselyn Johnson; and a brother, Dr. William Rodney.The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. from Clarks Green United Methodist Church, 119 Glenburn Road, Clarks Green, with services by the Rev. Brent Stouffer. Interment, Clarks Green Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Service Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit.
