Liang-Chen Chuang, 71 years, Clarks Summit, died Friday, May 3, 2013, at Regional Hospital of Scranton. He was the husband of 47 years married to the former Hwa-Tzea Lin.
Born January 18, 1942 in Taiwan. He lived in Clarks Summit over 35 years. He was a Pharmacist, his professional career for over 35 years and retired from Geisinger Community Medical Center.
He enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, and was an avid New York Yankees fan.
Also surviving is a son: David Chuang and wife Jennifer, West Chester, two daughters: Janet Parsons and husband Michael, Bethlehem and Tina Bellinger and husband Brent, Stamford, CT, two brothers: Masa and James Chuang, both of Taiwan, two grandsons, Ryan and Matthew Parsons, both of Bethlehem.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 am at Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit, with services by Pastor Danny Jang. Interment will be private. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday from 5 to 7 pm and Tuesday 10 to 11 am.
