Jerry Kelleher III, 57, of Fleetville, died unexpectedly on Tuesday of a perceived cardiac event.
Born July 19, 1963 in Scranton, he was the son of Gerald A. and Rosalie (Turner) Kelleher Jr.
Jerry graduated from Abington Heights High School and attended Juniata College. He worked for Interstate Safety as a mechanic.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is survived by his children, Zack Kelleher of Fleetville and Jeremy Kelleher of New York City; one granddaughter, Lyndsie Kelleher; sisters, Kathleen Kelleher of Scituate, R.I., Kristina Piazza (Mike) of Largo, Fla., and Susan Bartolozzi (Victor) of Newtown; many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be on Tuesday at the Church of St. Gregory, 330 North Abington Road, Clarks Green, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. to be celebrated by the Rev. John M. Lapera, pastor. Interment, Hickory Grove Cemetery, Waverly Twp. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit.
