Janis Hrobuchak

Janise L (Lengler) Hrobuchak, 69, of N. Abington Twp., died on Tuesday at her home surrounded by her loving family after a sudden and swift illness.  She was the wife of Stephen P. Hrobuchak.

Born in the Petersburg section of Scranton, Janis was the daughter of the late Charles and Audrey (Bush) Lengler. She graduated from Central High School and earned a degree in nursing.

Janis enjoyed visiting St. John in the USVI but her greatest love was her grandchildren. She was truly devoted to them.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her children: Nichol Jones (Robert) of Clarks Summit, Stephen Hrobuchak, III (Angela) of Clarks Summit, and John W. Hrobuchak (Tabitha) of Archdale, NC; grandchildren: Tyler Sullivan, John Hrobuchak, Jr., Cecilia Jones, Robert Jones, III, and Stella Hrobuchak; and one brother, Richard Lengler of Harrisburg.

There will be a gathering of relatives and friends on Saturday from 6 - 8pm at the family home, 638 Lily Lake Road, N. Abington Township, PA 18414.
