Donna Blomain-Vandegrift

Donna Blomain Vandegrift, 72, of Holmdel, NJ, passed away on December 6th. 

Born in Scranton to the late Thomas K. and Lucille Watkins Blomain, she attended St. Paul’s School, Marywood Seminary, and Bryant College, Providence, RI. 

A kind-hearted and artistic person, she proudly reveled in her Hippie ways.  She loved animals, music, scary movies, philosophy, and the beach.   

She is survived by son, Matthew, and his wife Chrissie Battista; daughter, Kathryn Battista; grandson, Lucas Landolfo; sister, Lucille Lyman; brother, Thomas K. Blomain; nephews, nieces, cousins, and lifelong friend Andrea Dorsey. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Vandegrift, and sister, Karen Blomain. 

A memorial service will take place on Monday December 11 at 2pm at Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc.
