Beverly Ann Giardinelli

Beverly Ann Giardinelli (Maxin) passed away peacefully with her family by her side Friday, March 31, 2023 at Abington Manor in South Abington, PA. She was the wife of Severino M Giardinelli, to whom she was married for 47 years.

Born March 20, 1949 in Philadelphia, PA, Beverly was the eldest daughter of the late Nick and Josephine (Gnoffo) Maxin. She was a graduate of Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School, going on to earn degrees in teaching and French from Chestnut Hill College and Temple University, as well as certification in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. Beverly was a proud member of AAUW. She retired from Easter Seals in Bucks County, PA where she worked as an Occupational Therapist. With energy and passion, Beverly always celebrated the success of the people whose life she could be a part of through teaching, therapy, family, and friendship.

Beverly is survived by her two sons; Michael (Julie) and Chris (Amy); her grandchildren Iva and James; her siblings Rosemary (George) and Nick (Joan); also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families.

The funeral will be Friday, April 21 with Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, with final committal at Resurrection Cemetery following Mass. The family will receive relatives and friends at 10 a.m. at the church before the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania at easterseals.com/sepa/
